Support
Two ways in, one team behind them: a message thread in the app, and Edgar on Telegram. An assistant answers when nobody's around; a person takes over for anything that matters.
In the app
Settings → Support → Message support, or the Support tile in the menu. It opens a thread with the official @1EDGE account.
A person, or the support assistant when nobody is around. Start with what you were doing and what you saw.
- Replies from the assistant start with 🤖. Replies from a person don't.
- Messages to support can be read by our team and agents. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
- Ask for a person any time ("talk to a human") and you go straight to the queue.
Edgar on Telegram
Edgar is 1EDGE's bot on Telegram. He guards the official group (anti-scam, captcha, rules) and answers questions about 1EDGE.
- In a DM: send
/startfor the support menu. Report a scam and Talk to a human go straight to the team; their answer comes back as 1EDGE support: …. - In a group: where an admin has switched him on with
/ai on, ask him by name: "Edgar, what's the launch shield?" - Link your account so Edgar knows your pass and tier: Link Telegram.
What the assistant does
It reads and it talks. Nothing else.
- It answers from these docs and from live data: a coin's card, its rules, its bonding, what's hot.
- It never moves money, never changes your account, never signs anything.
- It never tells you to buy or sell.
- Legal questions get one line and a link to the policy.
These always go to a person, with no AI in between: anything about lost, missing or stolen funds, hacks, drains, scams, refunds, a payout that looks wrong, a fee that looks wrong, a stuck launch, a restriction or suspension.
Before you write
Say what you were doing, what you saw (the exact message helps), the coin or the transaction link, and the chain. Never send your key or seed phrase. Nobody at 1EDGE will ask for it.
