Reporting and moderation
Report from the ⋯ menu on any post, message or account. A person reads every report.
What you can report
- Scam, phishing or a wallet drainer
- Impersonating a person, project or 1EDGE
- Harassment, hate or threats
- Spam or engagement farming
- Fabricated call or PnL card
- Illegal content
- Something else
Read by a person. We never tell the reported account who reported them. Reports that are clearly false count against the reporter. Up to 10 reports a day.
What can happen
| Step | What it means | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Limited reach | Your posts show to fewer people. Silent: no notice, no appeal. | 1, 3, 7 or 14 days |
| Restricted | Posting is paused. You can still read, trade and launch. | 3, 7 or 14 days |
| Suspended | Your account is paused on social. | 14, 30 or 365 days |
Repeat breaks within 90 days step up. For scams, the pass can be lost.
A restriction or suspension comes with a message from the official @1EDGE account, and you can appeal once from the notice in the app.
